failed the 1 hr test

I did the 1 hr glucose test yesterday. my results came back at 162. my original plan was to fast yesterday morning, but my husband made eggs that looked so good I couldn't resisit. anyway, now I have to go back next week for the 3 hr test. has anyone else had glucose levels that high after the 1 hr but pass the 3 hr? during the days leading up to your 3 hr test did you change your diet at all?
