What's easier for you?

So I need a real sexplanation. When having sex, is it harder for you to orgasm when he's inside you that if he's just dicking around (pun intended) on the outside? In other words, are internal orgasms harder to achieve for you on the inside than an external orgasm? I can orgasm pretty easily on the outside. But obviously internal orgasms are WAY better, they're just also WAY harder for me to achieve. And if I "risk it" during sex & try to hold off for an internal orgasm, I usually just get all dried up or exhausted or rubbed too much that I can't finish either way. It's SO frustrating. Anyone else experience this or have a solution that helps?!
