HELP PLEASE!!

recently me and my partner had unprotected sex like we usually do, but this time we both thought he had accidentally came inside me. we didn’t do anything because we thought we were crazy. it’s been three days since then and i’m having very heavy spotting, cramps, backache, and more headaches than usual. i’m also having weird watery gushing fluid coming out at least once a day. is there any way i could actually be pregnant and notice it this soon? or am i just panicking myself and making myself think these things?? PLEASE HELP!
