Pregnant...again😏

I am now pregnant for the 3rd time.... but sadly have nothing to show for the previous 2 times and too early tell for this one... My husband and I want a baby terribly.... but sadly after 2 ectopics.. the last one taking my right tube, I am terrified... I’m only 5 weeks post op so it for sure is super fast... I should be jumping for joy.... but I just can’t get my feet off the ground with the constant worry it will happen again.
