I know this post might be kind of nonsense but I need opinions please...

So I love electronic music and I really want to go to a beach party event with ghetto funk music happening tomorrow afternoon. Another (bonus) reason I want to go is that my crush will be there (who I haven’t seen since more than a year ago). One thing that pulls me back however is that I might not see him due to the noise and overcrowdness. Another thing is that I have nobody to go with, I am afraid to talk to my closest friend because one: she doesn’t like this kind of music, and two: she has been snobing me last night at a birthday party so she might have a problem with me or something. I thought of telling my family to go there as a family night out and to let me and my sister for an hour or so to enjoy the music and then go to a restaurant or something for food. It’s just that I got younger siblings and they will cause problems for sure. I also thought of telling cousins (which are older than me) but my parents won’t allow me. I am 17 by the way. What do you think it is RIGHT for me to do?
