Period symptoms didn’t last

I was suppose to get my period yesterday but prior to that I had cramps for like a day and sore nipples and boobs. But it went away quick and now I’m left with painless big boobs and sore nipples. No more cramping. Could I be pregnant? :( been trying to conceive for 2 years no luck.

Update: found out 3 days later that I was pregnant.
