Trying To Concive

I’ve been trying since December, which is when I got the nexplenon out. It was AWFUL.. me and my boyfriend have been trying every since I’ve been tracking my ovulation and periods. I’ve been on Birth control since 16 so I think that has something to do with it my periods haven’t been the same since I’ve been on birth control I want to take something to get my period regulated but I don’t know if I should any suggestions?
