TTC #1 in our mid-30’s for 12months now, it has been a long....painful....emotional time. Everyone around me is getting pregnant. Y’all know the story. But I realized something this week....while the “wait” can be excruciating, the best 3 weeks of my month are between the end of AF and the beginning of the next one. Filled with so much possibility! It’s filled with researching cute ways to announce pregnancy, prematurely looking at maternity clothes and Pinteresting nursery ideas. It’s a time filled with hope! Then inevitably AF hits (or I get a BFN) and I drink a box of wine & wallow for a week. It’s a vicious cycle, but I’m trusting and praying that one day soon I’ll actually need those secret Pinterest boards.
