Breastfeeding

Ok so this is my second pregnancy and I am a big believer in breastfeeding well with my first I was able to breastfeed for the first 2 months of my sons life intell my milk supply just wasn’t enough... well with my daughter I wanna breastfeed her also at least at the beginning but will I be able to do so with all the pain meds I’ll be on? Repeat C-section which I’m not worried about because I stop taking the pain killlers after I get out the hospital but 6weeks later I have to have my gallbladder removed.... how do I go about this can I still breastfeed
