my job is going to send me into a break down

I've been ready to quit for a while. I've been here 5 years and I can't stand it, all the perks are gone, all the benefits and reasons that made people want to work here are gone. I'm in a place where the head of the department is putting the needs of any other department ahead of ours as well as of our concerns. every week is a new memo of how we aren't making it easy enough for this or that department and how we will be changing that, if we ever call In at all we have to have a Dr note, you can't leave unless an emergency deemed fit by supervisor is approved (spending all day throwing up so hard u inevitably throw up and pee on yourself doesnt count as a reason to leave, ask me how I know), and apparently I'm using my pregnancy as an excuse to be lazy and not lift 40 lb boxes or push/pull 500 lb carts because you aren't really pregnant until 5 months. if someone makes problems and am hostile environment that person is favoured by the head of department I've been told "I'm gonna have to leave before I make you cry, u just wait" once a week for 6 months. I'm just fed up with it all. and it being tribal they get to treat us how they want. I work 10 hours and am required to take an exactly 30 minute lunch and anybreaks are a gift to us
