Breast Concern

I am 14 weeks pregnant with baby number two. my breasts have grown considerably in size and have been swollen, tender, and a little painful at times. within the last few weeks I have noticed a very small bump/growth on the outer part of my areola (where the small glands are). It became painful at one point, like a stinging pain, but nothing excruciating. now it has changed from a fleshy color to more of a reddish color and is no longer painful, but it definitely has me worried. has anyone experienced anything like this before?
