Hormonal imbalance?

I had my marina coil removed September 2017. Since then my cycles had varied from 47-37 days and now they have finally got down to a 33 day cycle, with is great. Only thing is since September I have started to get acne, 😔 which is annoying for me as I didn’t get acne when I was younger.

Has anybody else experienced anything like this from having the coil removed? Or would anybody be able to recommend any vitamins or anything to help... thank you. X
