Okay I’m 36 weeks 3 days pregnant and this morning, around 9 am, I felt moisture down there and I went to the bathroom to look at it before I went to the bathroom. When I lifted my leg up on the counter and put a mirror down there. I saw white ish tinged watery liquid come run out... now it freaked me out but it stopped right after that. It was maybe a teaspoon if anything at all? Can someone tell me if this is normal at this point in pregnancy? I just don’t know what amniotic fluid looks like or what to expect. This is my first pregnancy. I’m waiting on my husband to get home from work to maybe go to the hospital.

To add: I cramped for an entire 20 seconds about an hour ago (3 pm), not enough to even bother me and hasn’t happened since. I still feel slight moisture down there, but it’s just slight. Someone help me.
