Dog jumped on belly!?!

Went to visit a friend she has two medium

Sized dogs I was carrying a cake for her birthday tomorrow so I had my hands full she forgot to put them up this time both of them came running to the door excited to see me and I’m use to just walking in and I had no free hands and one of them ended up jumping on my belly paws first I pushed him off real fast and my friend came down stairs and yelled at him.
