period or something else?

im on my period but its really weird. ive never had a period like this.

it started pink and then brown but then all day ive barely bled but when i did it was like a light red but not bright and then it dried and my pad is just a small line patch of dry blood. but then i went to pee and blood streamed out for a few seconds and it stopped. but then i wiped and it was like a super light red/pinkish mucus (cm). and now no more blood has come out since.

please help? im so confused
