Cardio bad for muscle gain?
I love to run but I’m currently trying to gain muscle weight on my legs and butt. I’ve read that cardio sets u back in muscle gain cus it burns muscle and fat, Is this true ? I’m pretty skinny and im trying to get a fuller figure but I love to run and I can’t imagine not having it in my workout routine but if it sets me back I’ll stop. Any similar problems-experiences? And yes I do do weights.
