Sex Post Baby-Need Encouragement

hubby and i have tried to have sex twice now and its pretty much impossible. Feels like sandpaper or something sharp is rubbing on the bottom/back of my vagina and weve been using lube. Im so disappointed and feel like my area is ruined forever or something. I had a second degree tear on the inside so i was expecting discomfort but not anywhere near this bad. OB says im all healed up and looking good so what is the deal🤷🏻‍♀️!? .Thankfully hubby is super supportive and says we can try again next week and that its no big deal, but i just feel awful.
