Blood Clot at 1 week PP

I was breastfeeding my little girl and as soon as I got up I felt something a little thick pass through and automatically knew it was a blood clot. I've only had one blood clot loss and that was during the time when I was in the hospital, a day after giving birth via csection. So when I went to the washroom and had a look at it I noticed it was a little larger than it normally should be? It was almost as large as a baseball, is that normal after being 1 week PP?
