Ladies who use a menstrual cups, I need advice!

I just ordered a menstrual cup based on some online research and online quizzes. I figure I have to find out what works for me over time. Now I know on my heavier days and normal flow days I can leave it in while I’m at work for the 8 hours and change the cup when I get home without issue. I have a couple questions:

1. Should I order more than one cup so I have a clean backup while I wash the one I used?

2. On light days toward the end and beginning of your period do you use a smaller cup? Or insert the same one and just keep using it normally?

3. Do you use the specialized cleanser with your cup? Or what should I use to clean and disinfect between uses?
