Endo "cures" without surgery

At the beginning of the year we had a lot of medical Bill's come our way,and then just this past week we had a wreck and are still waiting to see if they will total my car or not. That being said, it literally makes me want to throw up just thinking about having to go through any expensive surgeries to diagnose and reverse or correct whatever is going on with my evil uterus; I really don't want to incur any more debt than I absolutely need to. I have done quite a bit of research,and will talk with my gyno come my July appointment, about how well cutting gluten out of my diet might help with the horrendous menstrual cramps and painful sex.

Does anybody have success stories of cutting out gluten from their diet and feeling loads better and maybe even getting pregnant shortly thereafter?? I just need some hope that the rest of my life isn't going to be dealing with this pain while trying to conceive or being on birth control to manage it all...
