What do y’all think about this?? my period was long because its my first one since coming off depo in April. I am still spotting lightly old blood. will that effect ovulation?? I’ve also started taking Vitex yesterday its 900 mg, i take 1 every morning. Please share any success stories with Vitex, your first AF after depo, ovulation, pregnancy after depo, anything!! :)
