Sex ED

So lately I've been thinking slot of why they don't have Sex ED as a class anymore in schools. I think it would be great for us teens to know everything about risks they're are when having sex. I know part of the reason why is because of parents but I think at this point in time it is essential for us teens to have a class like that. So I've been thinking to start a petition so that schools provide us with this education. At least at 11th and 12th grade. What do u guys think?? I want to first succeed in my district and then I'll think about other big stuff. How do I start this petition?Where do I start??
