Hi Ladies!

I'm seeking some advice about my job. It's my first job and it's a very small cafe/restaurant and for almost all of my shift it's myself and another in the front of house, along with one cook in the back.

I'm 15 and a female and the person I work with is an 18 year old male. He is also the boss's nephew.

This guy is so irritating and immature. He yells at me and snapchats it, filming my reaction because he likes 'pranking' people. He swears non-stop and changes the prices and the menu daily, not telling me and then yelling at me when I get things wrong.

When I had the interview and training day he was not working there and I don't think I would have taken the job if I knew he was.

The worst of it has come recently when I broke down during a shift, and went to the back and started crying. I am an anxious person and I couldn't handle the situation. The cook that was in the back came to comfort me and was lovely.

Then this other guy came to the back and started yelling at me, saying things like 'What the f*ck are you doing? You're going to f*cking cry?'

Let's just say this didn't make me feel any better.

I need help to know what to do. I'm very stressed and hate going to work, and I feel as though I can't say anything because he's the boss's nephew. Any help is appreciated.
