Warning!! Bit of a novel!!!

So the left photo is me 3 years ago, just before I found out I was preggo (hating my body....why!!) and the right photo is my 10 minutes ago.

Just looking at these side by side makes me mad.

I now have a 2 1/2 year old princess who deserves a mum that loves her body and can promote being healthy but I need help.

I keep starting fitness programmes and not following through.

I’ve tried the Kayla BBG one (which I was on week 4 in the first pic but had to stop cus of being pregnant). I’ve tried it again since and keep giving up cus I get disheartened when I can’t do a push up 😭

I’ve tried the Charlotte dvds and the jumping ain’t so good for the post baby bladder.

And I’ve got the Sarah’s day fitness e book which I haven’t really tried much but I keep avoiding because I can’t do the ones about running because of my baby.

I can’t go to the gym cus of my daughter, 2 college courses, work and I run a business from home.

I just need tips, experiences, anything. Give a girl some motivation pleaseeee 😭😭😭😭
