Feeling discouraged
I’ve been trying to lose weight since giving birth in November and I lost barely 5lbs. I’ve been watching my calorie intake and go to the gym when I can or workout at home. I feel like all these months I’ve put in have given me no results. I’m 50lb heavier than before getting pregnant. I feel so gross in my body. I don’t know what to do anymore. Ideally I want to get back to 165lb but I’m 235lbs now and feel like it will never happen. I lost weight in the past, but what worked before isn’t working now. I feel so depressed. Any advice? I’m going crazy
