Bladder trouble

I had a long induction/labor and had an epidural. I ended up with a first degree tear. I’m only one day post delivery but I’ve been having urinary incontinence! I stand up and think it’s a gush of blood, but really it’s urine leaking! I can’t stop the flow either. Anyone else have this?? If so, please tell tricks for preventing this or when it got better for you. I’ve noticed if I make more frequent trips to the bathroom, it’s less likely to happen.
