My gf threw a bottle at me...

So I (F) was with my gf (F) and we were talking about regular stuff when she got angry at me and told me she went through my phone and saw some “inappropriate” messages, I had no idea what she was talking about and kept telling her that I would never do that. She threw a bottle at me and called me a cheater. The next day she called me and said she was lying and that she loves me. What do I do? (Also I know the bruise isn’t that big but it’s just showing that she threw it hard enough to leave a bruise)
