Decaf coffee?

Is decaf coffee okay to drink during pregnancy or should I just skip coffee completely? I had a miscarriage and am now afraid of doing ANYTHING wrong. I just love coffee but I refuse to drink a drop of caffeine while pregnant now at least for the first trimester

Decafe is safe, though It does have some caffeine in it. A miniscual amount, around 5 mgs. I think chocolate has more than that.

I drank decaf coffee my entire first pregnancy with no issues and now am 33 weeks with my 2nd. Talk to your doctor if you are that worried.

Decaf is perfectly fine and you can have quite a few cups daily! I had a miscarriage as well and still drank a few cups in early pregnancy with this baby. However my morning sickness kicked me off coffee pretty quick at 7 weeks
