Not sure but I think I am starting to miscarry.

Have had some slight bleeding and cramping. I “should” be either 10 weeks or 7, but I think the baby stopped growing around 5.

My question is my husband is on night shift this week, and I have a 4 month old and a 2.5year old, do I need someone to watch them?

Will I be able to misscarry and take proper care of them like usual?

Please help
