Miscarriage and hcg

So when I first got my bfp I went in and had blood work done. 3 weeks my hcg level was 380. The second blood work showed. 360 then 316 ish. So we knew a miscarriage was on its way. Two days late for af the bleeding started ( week4)

I have been bleeding since June 18th. First two days were heavy and incredibly painful cramping on and off. But the last bit has been fairly normal, today is ten days of bleeding straight, I did a pregnancy test to see if my hcg levels were low enough. Out of pure curiosity and it came back positive. Not faint either.

For anyone who had an early miscarriage, how long till your hcg levels went to normal and how long did you bleed for.
