Pissed but also sad let me tell yall

So im 11 weeks today. Note that i had an ultrasound at 7 weeks and they seen and heard my baby heartbeat perfecty fine and strong. So today i had my first doctors appointment with a midwife. they checked my vitals , checked my cervix, i did my glucose test and then the ultrasound.. They couldnt find the heart beat . We actually didnt hear a thing i am soo sad right now 😢You guys dont understand now im hesitant on buying baby stuff. I am high risk . I have to see the doctor for ultrasounds every week and get a shot every week as well.
