pumping

I rarely pumped with my first. We bf until 15 months, and she weaned herself. baby number 2 has gotten set on her bottle during the day and breast at night routine, and she doesn't like it any other way. my question is, those of you exclusively pumping, does your milk ever evolve? I know milk grows as baby grows, but if I'm only nursing like once maybe twice a day, will my milk evolve like it's supposed to? will I have to up the amount of ounces I give her because it won't keep her full??
