how can I boost my supply
I took a plan b a few days ago and now I noticed my milk supply went dramatically down it's pretty depressing seeing how much it stopped, I used to be able to pump 8 oz out of one breast and still be able to feed out the same now when I pump only 1 oz comes out. is there anything I can do to bring my supply back up???
