Swim team
So next year I’m trying out for the swim team. What does that have to do with body insecurities? I hate how I look in swimsuits. I haven’t been to the pool in a few years because I’m too self conscious. Mostly, my problem is my stomach. Everything else I can deal with. But what do I do to get a flat stomach. I’m already doing sit ups almost everyday. I think it’s working a little bit but I’m not sure. The swimming season in my school is winter, so I have time. It would also be nice to have skinnier legs. Any tips? I’m 14 btw and 5”4, about 130 ish lbs. It’s not the weight I’m worrying about, I’m more concerned about muscle. Because I don’t have a flat stomach not because of weight but because the muscles there are too weak. So how do I fix that?
