Nuvaring fell out?!

Found out today my nuvaring has fallen out... was supposed to take it out today and low and behold it was not where it should be. No clue when it fell out (also possible I forgot to put it in last time...). Just need some reassurance this has happened to others. My boyfriend and I have been having sex but always use a condom even with the ring. But now I’m also anxious/worries about possible pregnancy. I know chances are slim... but still just looking for some support 😓
