Any Ideas?

Hello! I have these red marks on my arms and they arent bumpy or anything and they dont hurt they just make me really self conscious and Ive had them all my life. Any ideas to make them go away?

I used to have these but in a smaller proportion. I started exfoliating my arms a little bit and applying a moisturiser every night and it went away. I’ve also seen a moisturiser especially for this problem, i just can’t remember what it is called, sorry 😬 but you could probably find it on the lotion isle at Walmart
