Bumps and cramps

So tomorrow I will be 20 weeks I feel like I look pregnant some days and others I don’t feel like I do! Lately I’ve been having slight cramps and then sometimes I feel like I might be feel my little monster move. I was laughing and I got a really bad cramping pain that went away went I stopped. I’m scared something is so wrong! I’m not really that big, I stopped a lot of my symptoms in the first 2 months of pregnancy and only get minor symptoms here and there! Does anyone think all of this is weird or bad....
