My daughter came home with bruises

what would u do if ur child came back with bruises all over her body n had lost 4lbs n the 9 days she was in her fathers care? my child also mentioned about her sister inappropriately touching her while bathing. would u allow ur child to go back to her fathers? I should mention that the thought of my child thinking she has to see him again makes her cry n not want to go.

CPS was called. police were called. courts have been notified. my child has not been back over there at all since it happened sept 3rd of 2017. the courts dnt believe or even look at the pics I took of her bruises. the father keeps taking me back to court to see her and they're allowing it. I thought this app was for people to vent, to get opinions. clearly with some of the rude comments. i was wrong.
