Update: Biological Mother Issues

I am not married, but hope someday to be married be legally say I am my boyfriend's son, Ayden.

Ayden's biological mother is the same age is me (I'm 20, she will be 20), and her new boyfriend is 29, looks 49, and has 4 kids of his own, his oldest is 13 years old, and then has a 6, 5, and 2 year old.

She has supervised visitation to see her son and in NYS, it's illegal to be more than an hour away, she lives an hour and half away. She had a job, but recently lost it I guess and has no gas money to provide for my boyfriend to bring their son to her to see.

and no, she says she will take to court, but in reality, she most likely won't.

She says she wants to see her son, but makes no kind of effort and says her boyfriend's kids and her new baby on the way are more important than her first child.
