Child’s mother

Ok so me and my boyfriend has been together for a year and a half and he has a son. I don’t have any children.. Every time a decision is being made about the child, I find out after the fact. Like his mom sends loads of dirty clothes to be washed once a month and I feel like we shouldn’t be responsible for washing his clothes every time time the gets washed. I don’t mind washing them but what is his mother doing that she can wash her clothes and not his. I’ve talked with my SO about it and nothing has changed and I’m at my breaking point. I love his son but I feel like he should at least talk to me about some things because I help take care of his child too.. Am I wrong for feeling the way that I do?
