Fleas help

So didn’t know were to post this but I have a flea infestation don’t know how as have no animals 🤷‍♀️

I have been bitten to shit and obv see them everywhere even on my children and in their hair. I have had professional carpet cleaners and bought new rug and sofa but they still ain’t going. I can’t continue as I’m itching so bad and no one els gets bitten in the house so every flea is feeding of me

Any advice to get rid I have hoovered loads everyday and used the sprays not getting anywhere
