Vegetarian pregnancy

I’ve been a vegetarian for 6 yrs. my family is giving me a really hard time now that I’m pregnant, stating that now that I’m expecting I should really consider eating meats again for the sake and health of the baby. I’ve actually had vegan yoga instructors who I closely watched and their babies look / seem healthy. I must confess I feel extremely sluggish and most of the time they blame it on lack of nutrition. Any info is appreciated.
