What do I dress baby in?

We have a family reunion to go to today. My baby is 1 month old. I live in Florida where it is 88° today. It may rain later on. 
Should I dress him in long sleeve onesie with pants or a short sleeve with shorts or no pants?

A cute short sleeve onesie and shorts or pants that can just be taken off it gets too warm, or added if it gets too cool!

I live in Florida. I would recommend just a short sleeve onesie. It is very hot out especially in the sun. I always bring a light blanket just in case we go inside and it's cold.
