AF early or ???

Hi ladies, I’ve done 4 rounds of Letrozole with only 2 leading to me being able to do an Ovidrel trigger. This last cycle, I triggered on 6/18. Today, I wiped and there was a little bit of light pink blood but nothing major. I’ve also had pretty severe cramping which makes me think it’s my period. Last time I was able to trigger in May, AF started 16 DPT, so I’m a little confused as to why this time it would be started 11 DPT. Is it normal that it could vary this much with the same levels and types of drugs?? And is it possible that it’s implantation bleeding/cramping?? Trying to be cautiously hopeful but I feel like I know the real answer isn’t the one I want. 😩

I tested out my trigger and it was out by 8 DPT, so now I’m waiting a couple more days to test for the real thing.
