ovulation 30hpurs post IUI

I feel a bit down. I got my trigger and 19 hours after the trigger I got the IUI. my feeling about that wasnt really good. Now I am 30 hours post IUI and I feel my ovulation clearly... now. In my point of view I got the IUI too soon. What do you think about all this? my dr. doens't listen to me anyway she says it's the way they work... semen can live for 72 hours... but my hubby's semen insnt that good quality and quantity... I'm so down.. feel like this all is for just nothing.. 😔😔😔
