Hello ladies! I need some ideas from my friend and I also want to hear what you all did for your 21st!

My besties 21st is coming up and she wants to take a girls trip/vacation of some sort to celebrate. There would be 3 girls going and we need some ideas. My friend found a cruise that would be about $500/person but I don’t think 2 of us could afford that. We live in Colorado and Utah.

If anyone has some relatively cheap vacation ideas that would also include access to bars/clubs to celebrate her bday that’d be awesome!
