Why am I so paranoid of miscarrying?!

We got our positive three days ago, but I’m so worried I’m going to miscarry. I never have before I’m just really worried about it. Is this normal?

I am feeling the same. I read something about this, and the Mom said- I just want to be happy that I’m pregnant today. That has stuck with me as something I just repeat when the worry and anxiety hits me. The only thing we can do is take good care of ourselves and try to stay calm during the first trimester. But it’s totally normal to have this fear!!

I also feel like this! I got my BFP today and I was so happy and excited but it didn’t take long for anxiety about miscarrying to set in. A chemical pregnancy terrifies the shit out of me. But I love the above comments!!! I’m going to choose to be happy that I am pregnant at this moment and have faith in Jesus that my pregnancy will go to term.
I also have illness anxiety so I tend to relapse often 🙄

I am extremely nervous and find out Friday if this is a viable pregnancy. I’ve had three miscarriages in the past.

Glad I’m not the only one. I’ve had a mc 12 years ago and, a mmc almost 2 years ago. My last 2 pregnancies I had severe morning sickness from the word go but, this time I’ve had nothing so far. I’m due 3/3/19 and, with my mmc I was due 12/3/19 so both March babies. I had a term pregnancy with my son who will be 2 in September, but I just can’t stop thinking I’m going to miscarry 😔

Normal. Miscarry is more common than people think.  Just keep calm and remember that you are pregnant today.  Cherish it today and everyday that you can, but don’t dwell on what you can’t predict or effect
