Brown blood 14 weeks

Hi, sorry if there is a better group to post this in. I’m new to this community and still don’t know all the rules. I’m just basically looking for some reassurance. Yesterday I was spotting brown blood all day. I went straight to the doctors who said that he couldn’t tell me if it is me having a miscarriage or not until I have an ultra sound which doesn’t open until Monday. I’ve just been put on bed rest for the next two days and the bleeding has now stopped.Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks in advance ❤️
