Need encouragement ......calling the fertility clinic tomorrow to set up our first appt 😔

Basically I’m tired now. And feeling just depressed and need a professional to help guide us if we need intervention. The backstory is we started trying oct 2016, April 2017 found it was a sperm issue, nov 2017 his varicoceles are fixed! January 2018 everything is improving with him, and April 2018 count is finally super high as well as good motility and morph. This is cycle 20 trying but maybe 3 with good good sperm. But guys I’m tired and just also want to make sure I’m ok. My obgyn has done all she can and basically now I want a true RE to check me out fully and just someone to help guide us. If we are both ok then good I can relax and little and maybe keep just timing it right, but if something else is going on I rather know now then 6 months in from now. What can I expect at the first appt? I’m 29. Cycles are about 32-34 days long. I get positive opks, I get ewcm. My LP is long with my period showing 14-15 days after my pos opk. I don’t have pcos. I had very minimal endo removed four years ago and it was not on any organs. No polyps or fibroids found. Good uterine lining every time I had a US. Sometimes I will spot in my LP a tad but my obgyn does not think it’s a issue and just how my body reacts to fluctuating hormones. I beg to differ sometimes it worries me the slight spotting some cycles I have in my LP. Progesterone came back a 9 after ovulation one cycle though it was a guess as if it was exactly 7 days after. Had a SIS to check for any uterine polyps and she pushed extra saline to see the tubes/both clear. I assume the RE would do a true HSG to double check and maybe check my egg quality now too ? My AMH? Gah it’s scary to think about starting this but I need reassurance and a professional in my corner after almost two years it’s taking a toll.
