HELP PLEASE!!!!

So I had a miscarriage and scheduled D&C; on April 20th I was 11w4d but baby stopped growing at 9 weeks. Well I still had the HCG hormone in my system at a 0.2 up until June 8th. I started what seemed to be a very light period on May 31st-June6th then everything was normal until June 16th-20th I had what seemed to be another period that was a little heavier this time. Well husband and I had sex yesterday nothing different than we have been doing and afterwards I noticed some very light pink spotting and woke up this morning and it’s gotten more reddish and darker red more like a period. What the heck is going on with me? Do I call it a period? Did we mess something up during sex yesterday? Have I actually have a real period yet? IDK what’s going on. It’s been a little over 2 months now since the D&C.;
